Can't say one does not read and/or hear about this in "other" countries... guess seeing happen in Mexico at this level ... is the most striking element

Have always known to keep an eye out, while down in Mexico, but.. this is another level

Can only hope it does not get as bad as Afghanistan and Pakistan .. saw today where a 7 year old boy was hung.. to make a point..
