Ah, for the most part the neighbors are O.K. The single ladies just need to watch out for my father-in-law.

Do it as soon as feasible Soulpatch! I could have waited a few years, and left with more. Maybe! In my heart and mind, I know I will live longer, be happier, and thrive in my new home!

First pic, last post was misc. baja shot. The place is great! Hope to buy or build very soon. On a slightly more serious note, La Paz and El Centenario are going to be perfect for my family and myself. Employment, education, and my recreation! Not in that order

Nice find! Congratulations. I think I remember seeing that house when we visited LL. I noticed it because of the tower thing on the roof. You must be crazy waiting to get there!

with some of the sunrises you folks get down there.... think it might change ones sleeping habits... enjoy very much those that get up early and get those great shots.. morning, noon and evenings... can't remember where I saw someone's night shot with a moon that appeared surrealistic ... thanks to all for putting up the pictures.... about the only improvement... a web camera .... at someone's location ... or maybe one at BG's .... and someone at La Paz, then Mulege ... et al.. would be a treat to get those sunrises and sunsets all around Baja by just connecting to the camera's...... north and south..

Yeah Wooo, a little tough up here, when I'm getting these pics sent every day! I wanna get down there before the good fishing is over for the year! Oh, I miss my other half also I hope I can be posting many pictures for you Wiley, I am the earlyriser in the family. When the wife goes fishing, we usually launch at the crack of noon!

Since I haven't met her yet.....

But it's a fair statement...I'm usually sipping my first cup-a-joe between 4:30 and 5, on the porch with a fairly good view of the hood....rarely see an inside light on anywhere before the sun has fully cleared the mountains behind La Paz. Best sunrises in winter...more clouds ergo more colours.

Well, I'll be out there for company Dusty. I usually push the button on the go juice machine about 5. Not much to look at up here, so I watch the news. Then again, if it is not windy, I'll take that big cup, to go, fishing!:fishing:
On the not so perfect days, I think I am going to have to see about a permanent residence. Buy or build? El Centenario? Comitan? La Ventana?
I heard the road to La Ventana has been improved. A piece of cake was the expression my wife used.
