Found - East Cape webcam + A pretty good web site about Baja.

I was just doing some research for my next trip up Baja and came across this web site. It has a nice web cam fron Rancho Leonero that reminds me of a great vacation I spent, very close to there, quite some time ago.

The site is: www.allaboutbaja.com and it seemed to have some good information and really good maps.
