Not sure if corruption is on the increase or just more people now reporting it. Either way I see it as a positive step that it is coming out of the shadows and into the spotlight.

I see it as positive as well....now if the response to the increased reports is handled in a positive manner, that will truly be goodness!

I'm with Legs on this. Inasmuch as the with PRI, an oligarchy, Mexico saw decades of the control of the truth. Numbers currently being released about corruption is a good thing, and in absolutely no wat reflects anything close to an increase in corruption
