Just a little too small for me!

That is spectacular; no doubt about it, no exagerration.

I'd feel like Pablo Escobar living in a palace like that.

I agree with Marty that this is quite a spectacular property.

I note that you posted no asking price.

And, I really have to wonder that given the current situation in both the financial and political worlds, if there's even a slight possibility that this property will sell any time soon. Unless the asking price is really low.

My first thought was that this could be marketed as a vacation rental, but then I realized that, much to my personal chagrin, Ensenada is not a very desireable vacation destination these days.

Bottom line, is that this is a spectacular property. And even having all those bedrooms, if I were a rich man, I'd give serious thought to purchasing it, despite the fact that there's only the two of us.

well I took these Pic's of this house and I can say the pics don't do it justus. This is a Spectacular home. I know Its worth 1.5 million I think he is asking just under 1 mil to buy it. And 2k a week for a short term rental, not shure what he wants for a long term rental. If you get interested Just give bill a call or email him...

How about I hotlink a few of those pics so folks don't have to monkey around with their browsers? Just a few(in case any on dialup having the spare million want a fast load.)

Nice area, Cibola. For those who don't know, it was developed by Jean-Loup Bitterlin, an architect, who's family owns and operates El Rey Sol, a classy restaurant in Ensenada. I think he and Bajahowodd/Howard are long time buds.

I love El Rey Sol restaurant - probably my favorite place to eat in Ensenada. Maybe we should schedule a dinner/get together there for as many who can attend?

Must admit that I've had some great dinners there. I particularly loved their boneless conejo.

Sounds like a plan - that will give us time to get a handle on the number attending and set it up...

We looked at a place which is still for sale in the development... but, was to much home and a bit more than we wanted....
