I edited her ad to say long term rental but if you noticed it is located in the "Long Term Rentals" sub forum. Most of these in the Rosarito area want at least a 6 month lease and most a 12 month commitment.

This one is located in the community right across the toll road from where we rent a home in San Antonio del Mar. It is a nice development and probably a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Wow; check out the granite/stainless/nice cabinetry kitchen.

This place is for rent long term meaning 6 months or more, I think I posted it in the for rent section or maybe I made a mistake and Ron corrected it?

It's a really nice looking place. Maybe my idiosyncracies get the best of me at times, but from what I understand of Ron's post, this place is located just on the inland side of the toll road? Guess I'd have to visit to substantiate, but what with the direction of the prevailing wind, I'm guessing there's a modicum of traffic noise. No?
