If they still have the same house in Baja Sur they have posted pictures before of, it is beautiful! They have very good taste in Real Estate from what I've seen.

Thanks guys and gals. I thought Baja people might appreciate the location or know of someone looking to move to this area.

The slate/mosaic tile shower (with megaldon sharks teeth accents - from you know where) has been receiving comments by the people who have come through so far. Some love it, and a few aren't quite sure what to think of it:confused:!

Thank you for the advise about being patient Ken. We figure, we looked beyond the green shag carpet and flocked and foil psychedelic wallpaper that was here 15 yrs ago and focused right on the view and location. There's going to be somebody else out there who will walk in and feel "Home".

Boy is it a pain to keep your house spotless at all times though.

We have a view home in La Mesa that we will be trying to sell in about a year, so we will be in a similar situation. The right buyer will feel the same as you and we did when we bought!

So far we have a garage, the solar and water infrastructure, and a 550 sf casita . Any recently posted pictures would be of these. We hope to start construction of the main house around Nov but it depends how long it takes to finish the Environmental Impact study. We'll live in the casita during construction and later it will be a guest house.

When we sell the San Clemente townhouse we'll be moving to Baja Sur full time. Lots to do to prepare, but we are ready to go!

Now in Escrow !
