I have a nice lot at Camp Gecko with room for a travel trailer for an interested and decent partner.
Must be relatively mellow and good around kids.....not asking too much there.
One row back from the beach.
Lease is $600US/year...you pay half.
There is solar minus batteries, a 10x14 cinder block shed, 2500L tinaco, room for a ton of septic and roof pillars in place.
All we need is a roof........
If you love BOLA this would be a cheap fix.
The buy in is a roof and another tinaco and dig your own septic.
My estimates on a roof are around $3KUS. Maybe a little more depending on how bitchen it should be.
The solar is a a 48V Outback system with an Outback charge controller. I have fired my AC up on it so it can handle loads.
I have a ton of tools, small air compressor and other assorted crap there.
Like in all of Mexico, everything is negotiable.

P.S. I installed the complete Outback 48 V. system 6 years ago and it is working fine with 24 -6 VDC batts.

Yeah, the mold has been a bitch and coupled with the formaldehyde has made my kids chronically ill.
Top it off with a hostile landlord playing hardball and it is a giant shit sandwich.
We are not having fun.
All the lawyers want in, of course, but we are not litigious by nature.....we may have to alter our stance once I can shelter my family.
I have 6 days left until I either find a new house or I camp in a friends living room until I do.
Not fun with a family of four.

Holy Crap Soulpatch!!!! You are on a negative streak!!! Aren't there any community help/outreach-type programs affiliated with the FD which you could avail yourself to help your family with some legal assistance & get you moved into safe housing?? BTW, Semus is gonna be crushed if he hears you excluding him....you are actually a family of 5!
