our entire family has sentri...even my son who has a prior of pot possession...go figure. my husband had a wet wreckless in 2003 which isn't even on DMV record. sentri is not budging on letting him have a sentri pass because it was so long ago or whatever. Has anyone had this problem or found a solution? Is there a time period to wait before he could possibly apply and have it work?Going to sell our place here otherwise; we zip through and wait for him. Defeats the purpose

I know somebody who was in the exact same boat. If that was his only problem with the law you can ask to have the record "expunged" and then ask them to update the FBI's national data base. He did it and today he has a SENTRI.

thanks...next question..how do you expunge something? how do you make them update FBI list?
