Always hear about the "Welsh" miner... think the Mexican must be gaining ground .... on ranking of digging folks...

You'd think they'd have installed sensitive listening devices by now for that kind of thing - they have to make a lot of noise down there to dig those tunnels...

or be using:

"Ground Penetrating Radar", they tow behind a vehicle and I think will go deep enough.
They use it to ID locations of underground pipes and such.
