Good to read the initial $90 million M.N. is already in the 2012 Federal budget.

Good idea that's going to generate some business. Who wouldn't want to hold a business meeting/celebrate something in such a beautiful, warm city on the water?

Sounds like a good idea, but I don't see any indication of where it will be located. Do you suppose they'll put it out on the Pichilingue highway, near the resorts? I can't think of anywhere near downtown where it would fit, other than the shell of Los Arcos.

Hopefully thoughtful planning goes into it and it provides a benefit for the city.

Its going to be in town, but i can't tell you where yet.

The price tag is about the same as the current one being built just north of Rosarito Beach. That one is almost completed and coming out very nice...
