Among other changes, the fee for FM2/Inmigrante renewals has gone up from 2801 to 3,140. The INM officer for BCS also sent an email announcement. The new fees went into effect today, January 2. Last edited by kate; 01-02-12 at 09:52 PM. Reason: clarification |

Hi Kate, are those annual, or one time fees?
Thank you. |

The list includes some of both. The one I quoted is the Inmigrante renewal fee and is paid annually. But there are also one-time fees, for example to apply for Inmigrado status. You pay it once, and there are no annual renewals.
Of course, some things may change when the regulations come out for the new law that was passed last May. |
