Default 2012 season already!
Here's Aletta, the first named East Pacific storm of the season, which doesn't even officially start until tomorrow! Not likely to do much, but it's a reminder to dust off our favorite weather links and start keeping an eye on things.

Watching the weather channel the other day they interviewed somebody at NHC that said that we would probably get hit with a few good ones this year. The wind here has been blowing so much the past several days that my solar panels have had hardly a chance to kick in. I made 3 kW just off the wind alone last night...

Confused, the houses that I am looking at are on the 6 mile beach? Ensanada Punta banda, looking at the weather map and the peninsula, where am I in reference to?
