I think I have everything in order for 1st FM3 renewal:

INM online renewal form
Original FM3 card
Passport copy
Letter of no changes in orginal application info in Spanish (althought this may be a part
of INM form...?
Question: Bank payment receipt? How much?; and, do a I need to go to immigration first to get form for bank issuance of payment receipt...i.e. how do I tell bank what I want?

Let Inmigración tell you when and where to go.
Hope this info helps. It's from the first of this year so it probably hasn't changed more than thirty or forty times.
