I am placing this ad for a friend...

This is a small, studio home for rent located in Costa Brava, an oceanfront community just west of Vicente Guerrero, north of San Quintin. It is about 1000 sq ft with one bath, an open floor plan and attached one car garage. It needs to have the kitchen finished and some work to the roof, but the owner is willing to trade rent for work to the home. It would make a great opportunity for a handyman.

I just read the posing for the rental for your friend Jonathon,and tried to reply via the e-mail address, however it comes back as undeliverable...could the address be wrong or mistyped maybe??
Very interested in moving down there this Sept or Oct
