Maybe to get this thing started we probably should open up the topic with a very good question - what is a national land title?

Woooosh, how did the National Land Title point, effect your case development, as it related to land ownership and the "linked" concession ?

In a huge way WessonGroup. Our presentation was very detailed and extensive regarding the National Land Title issue. No one has the SRA title for the land in the Nava-Ortiz Federal Zone dispute and only Rancho La Costa Azul could produce a payment receipt for the land (but still no title). Tila Ortiz had a squatter's title (prescripcion positiva) which held no weight against the Federal Zone area she was asking to be made her private property. The Federal Zone is "inperscriptable" by law. I will post the Spanish and English versions of our winning SEMARNAT presentation when I create that thread.

And this is what a "Colonial Title" looks like. On the back it says you are tied to the Colonial Law and Conditions. (we're working on a better copy)

Interesting the land title you show is for Munoz property @# Lat. 26.34N 111.5W that property is located about 20 miles south of Conception Bay, and approx. 4.5 K east of San Juan on Hwy 1 BCS?????????

How does get one determine the "site's" location from the document supplied ??

Are they issued with a "plot map" and/or a "ANP" ??

Latitude and longitude are in the first document Woooosh posted. You can plug those coordinates into Google Earth or whatever, and voilà ...
