Default New Loreto Area Bakery
My wife is an avid baker. She is now baking for the public.

It's a different concept...There is no retail bakery. She bakes everything in our home kitchen. She has a website where you can order from the many items she bakes. She will have your items baked fresh, usually by 2 pm the next day.

My daughter built her a website that you can see here...

Big & Chunky Bakery

Everything she bakes is from scratch using the best ingredients available. No preservatives.

She makes a lot of the things we miss from our time in the States...like biscotti, cinnamon rolls, carrot cake, chocolate chip cookies, an unreal cheddar onion bread and much more. You might find something you've been missing...

She really is keeping quite busy. A couple of local deli's are giving her a lot of business...

NO !!!! You can't go anywhere!! That stuff is sooooo good. We can't wait to get back down and have some more carrot cake and cinnamon rolls.

I saw the picture of the "Big and Chunky" carrot cake on the website - gorgeous looking confection!

But my Lifecycle, with the feature that shows how many calories you've burned after pedaling your buns off, is a reality-check reminder of what it takes to work off these indulgences. So alas, I was able to steer my mouse away from the carrot cake when I placed our recent order. We'll save the carrot cake for next time.

I opted for the cinnamon rolls instead because of course, when you eat 'em and call it "dinner" somehow the calories don't count. Those BUNS were worth every calorie!
