OK, so what exactly does "registering" a will do. Last year we had the Notario in Loreto write a will for us as we were told by our attorney in the States that he didn't think that our US will/trusts would be valid for Mexican property. We provided the Notario with English versions and had a translator convert them to Spanish and the Notario did his thing, we signed, a witness signed and we paid him some money. Is this considered "Registered". Is there something else we should do??? Thanks for the info
