Since Shellfish are in season now, does anyone know of a place(restaurant or street vendor) that sells fresh shucked clam cocktails in the Rosarito area. I know in Ensenada they are many.

Man you're brave. I bake and stuff the local clams. If you are talking a 100% clam cocktail (not fish, shrimp, octopus, etc) I'd go where the clams are- the Popotla fishing village next to the Fox studios. They sell fresh-shucked clam cocktails right on the beach below the restaurants. You can also take some to go.
