Default Todos Santos Realtors

Hi folks,
This may not be the right place to post this but I'm new so give me at least one break!
We are very interested in the Todos Santos area and are curious as to whether anyone on this forum may have any experience with realtors there. Any great ones or ones to avoid like the plague. Any other general info about buying specifically in that area would be very helpful.

Welcome to the forum Sasha.

Where are you living now? I strongly suggest that you look for a rental property and spend 6-12 months minimum actually living in Todos Santos before youeven think about buying property. It is a very economical way to get to know Todos Santos / BCS and will let you know if living down here is a good fit for you as well as which neighborhood you will like best without having to commit to a property that later you may not be so easy to sell.

Also you can most likely find a rental property that comes furnished hich means you won't have to deal with moving all your stuff down until you are ready...

Just found this post. As it turns out, my wife and I were in nearby El Pescadero on the day you posted this. We both love Todos Santos and the surrounding area, but BajaGringo's point is well-taken: it's very helpful to rent - preferably in more than one neighborhood, and during different times of the year. We've recently contacted a realtor to show us available properties, but have (so far) resisted the urge to make an impulsive purchase - very difficult given how terrible our winter has been in New England.

Please feel free to send me a private message should you wish to get in touch with our realtor.
