That is a big one ... IMHO

It's huge. The system has to go from using coereced confessions to confirm guilt to actually proving a person guilty. Sadly I think some Meixcan law enforcers enjoy the power of forcing innocents to confess- having to prove guilt factually takes discipline, brains and patience.
