The Senate expects that once the constitutional reform is enacted, the new code could be ready for implementation by early September 2013.

This timing is really quick if this happens.

You will this hard to believe- but apparently some Mexican trial lawyer hopefuls are being trained by watching American TV like "Perry Mason", "CSI", and the movie "My Cousin Vinny" ! Yup, that'll work... in Mayberry RFD. ;)
