can they read beer labels from 50 yards yet? Friends only bring good beer.

More pics of the finished house!

We have mainly been doing work inside, finishing the guest bedroom, guest bath and laundry room. They are now going full steam on the downstairs kitchen. They will be bringing out the kitchen granite counter tops in the first week of April - we are really excited! I'll bug Cristina to see if I can post any pics of that when it happens.

Our carpenter - Ricardo Flores is really doing an ice job, building all the cabinets onsite using my new workshop and equipment...

Very considerate for you to be providing ice for your carpenter!!

I figure that if we build ice cabinetry there will be no need for a fridge.

Thanks everybody for the nice comments - it has been a lot of work and we still have a little more to do yet before we can finally call this project "finished".

Thanks, but our house is a 6 at best- we just dazzled them with color. Yours is awesome and off grid to boot.
