Guadalupe Island; anybody fish there?

I have recieved an invitation to join a group in a few weeks heading out on a fishing trip to Guadalupe Island. Anybody here been out that way that can share some info? Would you do it again?

Never fished out that far but I have heard tales that when you are pulling in a yellowtail you may be competing with a great white shark to keep your fish. Look at the size of the guy's shoe in that photo - that is not a small fish so it gives you an idea of the size of the great white's bite...
