When an unexpected critical illness or injury occurs, while you are many miles from home, (100 air miles or more) your safest alternative is to be transported home in a medically equipped and staffed air ambulance jet to the care of your personal health care provider, in the USA and Canada.

1. If you live or vacation in Mexico for less than 6 months a year, then the Traditional Basic SkyMed membership is designed for you. It covers you throughout USA,(Alaska and Hawaii) Canada, Belize, Costa Rica, Bahamas and the Caribbean. It gives you coverage for up to 6 months of the year in Mexico. You must notify SkyMed of the 6 months you want to be covered in Mexico at the time you apply. You must notify SkyMed if you wish to change those months during the year!

2. If you live in Mexico for more than 6 months in any 12 consecutive months a year then you must have the NATO Plan….North American Transport Option …..which gives you coverage for the full year in Mexico so you can come and go as you please.

75 and better $780.00 and $60.00 application fee
