Hi. I live in Rosarito. Moved here 6 months ago. Lived in Cabo for 2 1/2 years before coming here. I am a Vietnam vet and retired nurse.

Moved because of Health reasons. Had to be close to VA in San Diego. Was flying back and forth from Cabo every 2 months. Too costly. Do miss Cabo. The weather is much better there in winter time but I enjoy Rosarito. Very freindly place and close to border for real shopping.

I agree that Cabo has a better winter but I think you will like the summers here a lot better. You sure won't be needing any A/C if you got a couple of windows in the house. Glad to have you onboard.

I did forward your ad on the motor home to a friend. He is going to start building a new place down here in a couple of weeks and as they have two lots side by side, he was thinking of putting a trailer on one during construction. Told me he didn't want to spend another summer in Phoenix and they can oversee the progress as well. Maybe they will consider a motor home instead of a trailer as that way they can use it later once the house is done...
