OK, here is how it is going to work. Many of you figured out it is based on naval ranks and if you ever served onboard a naval vessel you should be well familiar. Let's see who will be the first to get their petty office chevron...

So does this mean that I can pull rank like in the real navy???

Yes, and you can also go to Captains Mast. Maybe even be forced to walk the plank. Tar and feathers is my favorite method though...

I kinda like the tar and feather trick. I use that one often!

Will we get extra credit for content, or will it be like other boards where it doesn't really matter what the content is, but rather than the number of posts?

My complaint: I got a real problem with the word Petty being associated with my rank! As a matter of fact, the work rank in & of itself is rather distasteful!

I believe it would be advantageous to have some females on your rank team! Ya know, add a little softness, lace & flowery curtains to this joint! The smell of home-baked chocolate chip cookies!

I'll start a list & have it ready when your nicest Customer Service Rep. contacts me!

I like how you have your ranking system it reminded me of mine on my sportfishing forum. I really enjoy this forum I have been catching up on a lot of things that have changed over the past ten years since I was last down.

OK, I'll make sure that you get an invite to our next forum rank team meeting. Where is the next one supposed to be Marty? Is it at the strip club this time?
