Hi all! I found this forum while surfing the web on Baja and had been lurking a bit before posting - great forum. Ok, just so you know - I do sell property in Baja - been doing it for a couple of months, but sales is not my reason for becoming a member of TalkBaja, I just want to learn more about all facets of Baja and life there and I think this is a terrific resource! I'll try not to ever mention where I work, so you all won't think my posts are aimed at some sort of subtle advertising... Anyway, "hi" again!

Hi! Thanks for the welcome! Thank you also for mentiong the advertising section. I do have one question regarding rules - if someone mentions they are looking for something specific (meaning where I sell), is it ok to send them a private message? I truly don't want to be one of those people who uses forums for personal gain - I belong to many forums, and don't like it when people do that, and have never used them in that manner.
