The view in La Mision is nice! This is from my lot in the ejido up on the hill. Anyone interested? I was going to build here, but it looks like La Paz is going to get a Familia Bajabass invasion!! :fishing:

Thanks BajaGringo! User friendly photo posting, even a dumb mechanic can do it! My shop in O.C. and my friends 80th birtday party in La Mision. The guy to the left is my friend Kurt, center, Jim, right, my bro-in-law Alfredo. I rent my house in the ejido from Jim, Kurt brought me to La Mision the first time about late 2003, never wanted to leave. These are 3 Baja characters for sure!

We do party down there a little!

My wife has been on a recon mission to the La Paz area. All these shots are on a little Sony camera. The green and the flowers are spectacular. Wish I could have been there, but I'm slaving 7 days a week to get out of here!

O.K., something with a foundation and more than palm fronds and sticks to hold it together.

I wanted Gilligan"s Island, with a boat that runs!

Can't catch enough fish from shore in Concepcion. I wish I was 50, 30 years ago! I've heard the stories and read the books about the way it used to be. Probably better this way though. Gotta Peso and I would be fighting over travelers to hit on in Catavina!!

Wonder how Winston the wonder mutt is going to like La Paz?

Thats a real sweetie, Do you want to hear the story of our first time at Santispac, in the morning while we were having coffee in our sleeping bag I decided to throw out a line, could not finish my coffee had to bring in the sandbass, good memories.

Santispac is glorious in it's beauty. Coyote, Requeson, Burro, ect. are jewels visually, but ruined by overfishing. I plan on spending much time in the Mulege/San Bruno area when I can get out of here. I can sleep in my truck, fish, and eat tacos here, and be very happy!
