I have 4 lots for sale in Lomas de San Martin, a beachfront community west of San Quintin. The lots are on level ground and measure 15 meters X 20 meters each = 300 square meters each. The lots are owned by me, free and clear. You can obtain a bank trust / escritura for your lots purchased. The lots are located behind Ron so you know you will have a good neighbor. Two lots are priced at $10,000 each and two at $7,500 each. You can buy one or multiple lots to give you more room to build on. The lots are all connected.

I'd leave out the part about Ron as a neighbor.

Ron has a good sense of humor so I know he will laugh with me at your comment. It is a beautiful place and Ron can tell you that most who come out to see our part of the world on the beach end up buying. I have 2 other lots where I am building my home and want to sell these lots to help pay for the construction.

If you love to fish, want to be on a clean and pristine beach only four hours from the border, this is the place to be!

I am attaching a photo of the lots for sale so youn can have a point of reference.

Lots 1 and 2 are $10,000 each. Lots 3 and 4 are $7500 each.

Lots 2 and 4 are sold!

Lots 1 & 3 have sold. I will have a few more available in the same row north, with not as good a view but still close to the beach. We might be able to negotiate on price if you are interested.

Rons house is really looking great if you haven't been here to see it yet!
