Default Posada Don Diego

Cristina and I decided to have our Thanksgiving meal at Posada Don Diego in Vicente Guerrero yesterday. It was our first time there and we really had a good time. The place is located about a km west of Hwy 1.

Trying to find it wasn't too easy however as there was no sign we could see from the highway and we had to ask someone who told us to follow the road heading west that runs just north of the gas plant.

Once we got there it was obvious to see what draws folks to the place. It is a very quiet, spacious layout with lots of parking for RV's or overnight camping. We didn't have a chance to peek at any of the rooms but I borrowed some photos from their website where you can get an idea what the place looks like.

Our meal included very generous portions in a nice ambiance with great service. The price was very reasonable too and we look forward to going back to try out their famous Sunday brunch.

It was really nice to meet Irene finally as well...

They are GREAT folks and run a clean safe restaurant, hotel and RV park. Glad you were able to meet them and sample their wonderful meals.

One of our frequent overnight RV stops when we head north. The restaurant is excellent.
