How do I dial "Baja Malibu" from my cell in AZ?

I'm trying to respond to an ad for a studio. I tried to find this secret myself, but I still get that the code is wrong.

011 52 664 674 6114 is what I dialed. Now what?

I cannot give you a specific answer. However, you might wish to review just what your cell service allows. Not quite the same, but we have phone service (not cell) with Time Warner Cable. Turns out, based on the rates they charge, other than Canada, I cannot call anywhere outside the US without calling TWC and upgrading to an international plan.

might be worth getting a international calling card as if the rates on your cell phone are as bad as mine you wont want to make many calls. An International calling card will also get around the problem of dialing out as you will be calling a US number initially.

Maybe the number you're calling TO is a cell, in which case, a "1" would need to be added after the 52 (I think).

Okay, I have to wait until next month for a calling card purchase. The studio looked like a real possibility. There must be something better coming!

Love your style. BTW, what slammer are you calling from.

From the info I've gathered thusfar, Asuncion seems like the perfect place for you. Has all the qualities you mentioned and a pleasant gringo populace.

I've never been there, but get great impressions on this and the Nomad board.
Next I would do is join the Nomad board and post your questions there. Lots of great info there,.......... and also some nice folks.

Kate is right - If it is a cell you need to dial a 1 after the country code.
