Gee. These guys are really thinking now. What a good and endearing idea. Pay them for getting their butts exploded.
The government is sure to take the initiative now with such progressive ideas.....or would if government wealth could match that of the cartels. The unemployed will work for the highest bidder.
I thought Mexico had the Draft. Service used to be compulsory, but had so many loopholes.

I have always thought there should be mandatory service ,either military or community in the US.and why not Mexico.most young people are not mature enough to enter the work force straight out of High school.
