Containers for construction material

I am wondering if anyone has built a used shipping container house in Baja, I am wondering if you could purchase a few of the hi containers in Ensenada port. There is a lot of info on youtube and other sites where people are building houses and college dorms in Europe.

I have seen some projects done with them north of the border. I have heard there are a couple of container homes down here in Baja - one is in Todos Santos if I remember correctly. As long as you insulate them and texture coat the exterior - they should work well and last a long time...

I'm at work in the Port of L.A. and I can see thousands of potential homes everywhere. A few hundred floated by this morning.
