Seeking folks to help (work and materials) create a multi-building artsy digs near beach in Ensenada on property i own, just outside town, accross the university. Big on friendship, vegetarianism and culture. Ideal for artists and peeps who want an introduction to the region. Of course in exchange for dwelling.
