Mail address/forwarding?

I know this has been discussed before but I can't find it.
I do not want to burden anyone NOB with the occassional piece of mail and I need a USA address for banking purposes and my CalPERS.....
However, I will not have a permanent address, just mailing so I won't be paying state taxes.
Yes, I know we are NOT moving to baja but we will still keep our place in BOLA.

I know Ola Dulce posted some stuff but I must be having a moment......
