The forum database continues to grow and with it so does the number of members and guests. We are averaging over 3,500 unique visitors per day and based on a query of their keywords searched to get here they are (mostly) interested in a wide variety of Baja related subjects.

Something I realized awhile back (but didn't have the time to do) was that the forum was badly in need of restructuring. We had too few forums and way too many levels of sub-forums. Must be the engineering side of my brain that drove me to come up with that.

So I took advantage of some down time to perform a complete rebuilding of the format which will (hopefully) make it much easier to find threads and where to post. I still have a few things to add / bugs to fix, so if anybody sees anything obvious out there that seems to be missing/out of place let me know.

In the restructuring we decided to add a new real estate advice forum section, all on its own. There we can create as many threads as we like on the different Baja real estate related questions and to help us keep order through all of it we welcome aboard our new forum moderator, Woooosh.

I know him personally and consider him to be a good friend so I hope you will show him the same respect as you have given Marty and I up to now.
