Are you talking San Antonio del Mar located in the toll road just north of Rosarito Beach or just north of Colonet?

Your best bet there is infinitum service by Telnor. They can package it with your phone service.

Oh, that SADM. I agree on the TelNor service. A land line phone and 10MB download speed runs $1027 pesos a month.

Beware of CableMas. They are the new players in town. They do offer a Cable, Internet (20MB) and land line package for about the same price, but no one I've talked to is happy with it. The phone lines are frequently overloaded so you can't dial out, the internet speed is really about 10MB and the HD cable signal stutters. I think they added too many people too fast to their coaxial cable system and the cables can't handle the bandwidth demand. CableMas has a huge fleet of trucks making house calls to address the complaints (but it's the system not the installations or users that cause the problem) but my friends just gave up and went back to TelNor. It was probably a good deal with good service until they oversold it.

I think their phone service is all routed via voip and that alone eats up a tremendous amount of bandwidth...
