Living in Ense, MX past 6 years!
Thanks for having this forum available to us.
I bought property back in 2007 and have been building at my leisure now. I ended up buying the lot next to me for the Ocean View always for the 1st lot. I am semi - retired at early age but the house construction soaked up lots of money. I don't miss the home I sold in Studio City, CA before the prices dropped. I don't miss any of that traffic and all the congestion. I live about a mile from the beach and have a beautiful view. It is so peaceful and tranquil and I enjoy the hiking on the hillside and my private area. I have 2 dogs and a couple of chickens Rhode Island reds that give me eggs. I'm thinking about renting out my 2008 Jayco Travel Trailer w/ 2 slideouts. Bunk beds in the back and Master room in the front. 35 foot long parked on my 2nd lot. I am currently welding the fences and working on the retaining wall in the back. If I could get an honest couple who is clean, neat I would consider it. I go to SD once a month or so and do my shopping, check mail etc. If anyone from Ensen area needs a ride we can share the expenses. I have a nice little gas saver car and don't pay any toll gates. I go around the mountain to Otay Mesa crossing. I look forward to meeting some new people who are as happy as i am with their lives here on Earth. Life is what you make it and living is how you want to live.

Hola Azteca...Nice to hear you are so happy in ensenada...maybe we can do lunch sometime when I'm up visiting my daughter who lives in Sauzal! I'm going to mention the ride share to San Diego to her as she would love to visit her comadre there for a day or two! Welcome to the forum and look forward to reading more posts about the good life!
