Hey All!

We are looking for a buddy boat (or more than 1) to travel with us from San Felipe to La Ribera. You do not need to be there for the whole trip / distance. Being part of any of the legs will be beneficial.

We are taking our 32’ Century Cuddy Cabin Sportfisher. It will be trailered from Marina Coral, Ensanada to San Felipe. The boat will travel by water, exploring the islands, and coves while fishing and trolling depending on location and necessity to reach certain waypoints. The trailer and chase truck will follow the route and meet with the boat crew at designated locations.

Expected Start Date: October 15th, 2013
Expected End Date: October 29th, 2013

Our Boat / Truck team has 6 people. 2 In the chase truck and 4 in the boat. Boat and truck crews will rotate throughout the trip.

The purpose of a buddy boat is extra security and reassurance in case of emergency.

Little bit about us: We have been boaters and fishermen all our lives. We have owned property on the East Cape for over 20 years and have spent a significant amount of time there. We are all very familiar with Baja and the Sea of Cortez. We recently acquired the Century boat and have kept it in Ensenada and Southern California, but are looking to station it in an area that will provide the most enjoyment for our lifestyle.

Also, any advice from individuals that have made this, or a similar trip is certainly welcome. There is always something new to learn in Baja!
