Current Hwy #1 conditions!

What are the conditions of the hwy?

I understand that it is or was washed out around Loreto!

Based on posts on other Baja forums, Hwy 1 is currently open the length of the peninsula; with a few dirt detours until permanent repairs cam be made. Of course this information is subject to change without notice....kinda like our weird weather hits us....often without notice!

Just drove Constitucion to Loreto and back. Road from Juncalito area to Loreto has a lot of washouts, a couple bridges down and lots of sand filled vados. All is passable with lots of roadwork going on.
