One of the 15 abduction/murder suspects works for the agency meant to protect the public. It took 15 people to subdue and kill the 12 youths. These guys always rat each other out when caught though. Can 15 people keep a secret that dark for life? No. The 12 youths were killed right after abduction from "Heaven". The main target was a "chubby" boy whose father was in prison and obviously had enemies, but it was also about drug sales turf. The chubby boy was crying when the boss ordered him beheaded with a hacksaw.
