We have this completely unspoiled and undeveloped beach nearby where we like to take the dogs for a fun day in the sun and surf. No other people, no cars, nothing just white sand beaches and far as you can see in both directions. This is what Cancun looked like 35 years ago.(I'm posting this because another reader asked for some pictures where we live which is on the Caribbean side of Mexico. So if I've posted this in the wrong category please feel free to move it).

You can drive right up onto the beach and unload.


Yes............the water is turquoise green and the bottom is sandy, just a bit of seaweed otherwise..............Perfect!!! 8-)

Beautiful!!! My first ever Mexico visit was 2 weeks in Cancun & Cozumel. I loved it, but for retirement I didn't want to live full time in a tourist destination, Baja was a better fit for me!

I'm intrigued....HOW on earth did you get 10 pics posted to the same post? I get a message that 4 is the limit! Unless that's changed in the past 24 hours. ;)

Four pics per post is the max via attachment uploads. Tom used the [img] code to link them from another site instead.
