Construction at Playa Tecelote

What has gone on since the digging and pipe laying at Tecelote?
I remember reading something about some significant destruction there shortly after our trip last year but haven't really seen anything thing since.

Are you talking about the person that got caught building a desalination plant illegally there?

I was told by the company selling & installing the desal plant that Novelli sold Maravia to another gringo developer....don't remember his name. I asked the company owner why he hadn't bothered to get a permit & he sloughed it off with "That's the property owner's responsibility!" But as far as the present status of the situation....I haven't a clue.
