Reason for sale? We LOVE Bahia Asuncion and have made many great friends and always enjoy our time there. The local people are the best and we will continue to visit them! However, we have some health concerns and it is time to move on before Father Time turns into the Grim Reaper! There are other projects and adventures that still have our name on them and they won't wait forever!

For a while we took our home in Bahia Asunción off the market, but it is back on the market and we have reduced the price.
