Absolutely wonderful photos. I tell friends that one of the things I most enjoy about life here is that there are never two days alike, and that includes sunrise/sunset as so dramatically captured in the photos. Thanks for sharing...

It occurs to me how much the east and west coastlines are like bookends to the wonder story of Baja as I look at these photos. Sunrise on the east looks almost identical to the sunsets on the west side...

Thanks all! Wooo, you never ASKED....you just wanted to see kitchens!

Most of those were taken from casas #1 & #2, which were both beachfront. Am now up on the hill overlooking the bay...these were taken from casa #LAST!

See what you guys are missing out on by lollygagging around up north?! I'm pretty certain your new hacienda will have some pretty spectacular pic opportunities, too. The only bad thing is you gotta get up mighty early to capture some of these sunrises!

I've seen some lovely shots of footings and foundations but i don't recall ever seeing you post photos like these. My fave is "Bahia la Paz sunrise"- the glowing red one. Beautious.

Oladulce, that's because you saw pics pertinent to the topic at hand at any given moment! ;) Did you ever once ASK to see sunrise/sunset pics?

Next time I'll know to sprinkle in a few "beauty shots" of the sunrise view from any given foundation vantage point.

Those vibrant red one are fairly few & far between, so you'll have to settle for a shades of grey w/eagle silhouette this time.
