From barely there....to seeing double!

Very nice pictures - thanks

It's been so dark & dreary here the past few days that I nearly missed this....I just happened to glance out to confirm there was no good sunset photo op & caught this:

And thank you whoever allocated the additional 1,000,000,000MB of attachment quota over to me!

I upgraded everybody to 1 GB of attachment storage - tell me who dishes out that much server space out today on public forums for its members???

Never been down your way.. is one looking to the East in this shot? and is anything in the distance La Paz?

Oh, really like the "shot" too.. you must keep a camera close by.. and with the battery charged

Wooo, that pic was taken over casa #2....I looked, no gold, so I sold that place!

wessongroup, yes all that's across the bay is the city of La Paz . I do keep my camera close & charged. It's really pretty at night looking across at all the lights....unfortunately, I don't have the equipment nor the capability for taking decent night shots! Any good night pics you see posted by me are a fluke....or what could be called a lucky accident!

Marty, yer talking to someone who doesn't know the difference between KB/MB/GB....I've never even HEARD of Terabyte until your post.....but I'll accept it on faith that BajaGringo understands that comment!

It's that number you posted on another thread.

They are name[s] that precede[s] a basic unit of measure to indicate a decimal multiple or fraction of the unit...

kilo = thousand
mega = million
giga = billion

tera = you ain't gettin' it.

P.S. You're about 25% full on the new limit; pace yourself.

I knew the names of those 3 & I knew they were quantity designators....I didn't know the quantities.

25% huh? 'K, I promise to try to control myself & do hereby commit to not ask for another increase for at least 30 days! After that, I guess I'll have to start a poll for which are the least liked pics to be removed. Although BajaGringo already tried that route once!

NAW!!!! Just subtract attachment allocation from thems who don't post many attachments & add it to thems that do! Kind & generous Grunon volunteered to share with me!
